Scaffolding framework for Commercial buildings

The council is looking to implement a sole supplier framework for Scaffolding services around commercial buildings. This would also involve schools. The contractor will act as the principle contractor and be able to comply with CDM regulations with a 48 hour turn around on emergencies.
