Supply and installation of a Multi-Stream Baling line (with associated service & maintenance contract)

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published in line with Regulation 48(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and following the best practice approach described in the Cabinet Office Sourcing Playbook. It is intended to provide advance notification to the market of Swindon Borough Council's intention, subject to internal approvals, to invite tenders for the supply and installation of a new multi-stream baling line . Through this PIN the Council also invites suppliers to comment on the draft specification, delivery model, potential procurement procedure, bid evaluation criteria and overall project timetable. Suppliers are advised that this Notice has been published to provide advance notification only, and procurement/ tender documents are not available at this time.
