The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is an Arm’s Length Body of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
One of the services the NHSBSA provides is the England Infected Blood Support Scheme (EIBSS) to support people historically infected with hepatitis C and/or HIV from NHS blood or blood products. We also help families, civil or long-term partners after the death of someone infected.
An element of the support EIBSS provides to those infected and affected is to provide a specialist benefits and welfare advice service to maximise the State Benefit income of people who are supported by the EIBSS.
NHSBSA is seeking interest from potential suppliers to bid for a contract to provide specialist advice to beneficiaries of the scheme on welfare and benefit rights and related queries. Interested suppliers must register their interest by responding to this RFI at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome (search contract reference C75424)
