The purpose of this PIN is to maximise transparency and competition for the upcoming contract notice. Islington Council is looking to procure a homeless outreach service as a vital part of the Council’s work in supporting individuals rough sleeping to move away from the streets, offering rapid intervention, assessment and support into suitable accommodation.
