Concession Contract for Street Furniture Advertising

Havering Council is seeking a concessionaire to update and modernise its existing street furniture advertising estate, maximise income and manage the type and nature of advertisements seen in the borough. The Council is considering a 7 year contract with a 3 year extension option. We anticipiate the opportunity will be published week commencing 22nd May 2023 through the Council's e-Tendering System called Oracle Fusion; https://www.havering.gov.uk/info/20071/doingbusinesswithus/387/howwe_buy/2 Suppliers will need to register on the system in order to express their interest in the tender and participate in the competitive exercise.
