The Provision of the Care & Well-Being Support Service within Extra Care Housing Schemes

As outlined in the Joint Health & Well Being Strategy 2019/20 - 2023/24, HaveringCouncilHealthandWellbeing_Strategy 2020.pdf the Council's vision is that everyone in Havering enjoys a long and healthy life, and has access to the best health and care services. For Extra Care housing, the Council's vision is for quality housing for older people who wish to live independently with high quality care and support services that promote well-being, meet individual needs, lifestyles and inclusive communities.
