Extra Care Housing Scheme at Ferney Lee Road, Todmorden

Soft market testing: The Council is seeking to dispose of the site to a Registered Provider for the purpose of delivering a new-build extra-care development of circa 50 units which will be occupied under an affordable tenure. The Council's aspiration is for a high-quality age friendly scheme that will become an asset for Todmorden and the surrounding areas through providing facilities for the whole community to use.
