Highways Planned Works Framework

Liverpool City Council (the “Council”) intends to launch a procurement, under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, to appoint multiple suppliers to a multi-lot framework to deliver highways planned works (the Highways Planned Works Framework) the procurement for which will commence in or around July 2024. The current intention is that the Highways Planned Works Framework will be in place from late January 2025 and that it will run for a period of up to 4 years. This notice is intended to announce the commencement of a pre-market engagement exercise relating to the Council’s procurement of the Highways Planned Works Framework which is more fully described below and in the Council’s Pre-market Engagement Information Document (the PME Document), which can be secured by sending an email to hpwfenquiries@liverpool.gov.uk As is explained in the PME Document, the Council is inviting potentially interested parties to attend a supplier market engagement day on 5th June 2024, 9.30am – 12pm at Liverpool Town Hall (Small Ballroom).
