Framework Agreement for The Provision of Specialist Consultancy Services on Behalf of Surrey County Council

Surrey County Council ("the Council") is seeking to procure a framework contract to provide a number of professional and technical services across a broad range of activities to support the Environment, Transport and Infrastructure directorate which also include Highways.
