Preliminary Market Consultation Asset Management Application

North Lincolnshire Council is currently reviewing its systems and is looking at possibilities for rationalising the number in order to bring efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of the services. Currently the Authority is considering the option of procuring one asset management system, and is looking to the Market to inform us if it is possible for one system to deliver the requirements or if there are alternative forms of delivery that the Authority should consider. The services included are Waste Services, Highways and Neighbourhood Services.
