Event Management Company For Major Royal Ceremonial Events

In January 2024 the Department for Culture, Media and Sport published the following Prior Information Notice (PIN) https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/000712-2024 regarding a planned procurement exercise for the “Provision of a professional events and project management services in respect of a number of Royal Ceremonial events in London”.

Since publication of that PIN and following the subsequent market engagement, the Authority has continued to develop the commercial model and wishes to provide an update to the market via this new PIN.
