Repairs & Maintenance and Voids Framework 2023 - 2027

Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) is making the marketplace aware of a procurement opportunity and seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2023 – 2027. It is anticipated that this framework will be delivery by Multiple Trade Contractors to deliver in 10 separate trade lots we have created based on our requirements.
