National Framework for the Supply of Utilities 2024

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of the Red Kite Learning Trust, wishes to establish a framework of suppliers capable of delivering public utilities within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. This PIN is to announce the intention but also to invite feedback of the proposed lot structure. It is anticipated that the framework will cover the supply and broker services of electricity, gas, water, and additionally ancillary items. The term of this framework agreement is expected to be for a period of up to 4 years from November 2024. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure.
