Description: KMPT and KCHFT currently has a contract in place for Hard FM services which included planned preventative maintenance along with reactive work including building fabric and some minors works, mechanical, electrical, pluming and public health works. The existing contract arrangement ends in 2023, there fore the Trust is looking to tender in Autumn 2022 with a contract award early in 2023 to allow for time for an effective implementation. The current expenditure per annum is £4m.
