Void Property Works Framework Agreement

This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated Void Property Works Framework Agreement. Tai Tarian is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up in March 2011 to manage, maintain and improve over 9,000 properties spread throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint contractors to a 4-year Framework Agreement, and it is anticipated that work will be allocated to contractors through ‘Call-off Contracts’. The works programme will comprise of whole house property works of Tai Tarian owned void domestic properties. It is anticipated that the annual value of the Framework will be in the region of 2.5m GBP.
