NHS England (London Region) is seeking to procure three community-based services for the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway in the London region, to provide a range of psychological, residential and social support services for people who have committed harmful offences and who are likely to meet the diagnostic criteria for ‘personality disorder.’ The indicative contract value is approximately £5.9 million per annum The contract will have an initial term of 4 years (48 months), followed by an optional extension of 2 years (24 months) at the discretion of the commissioner. If all available extensions are taken up in full the contract will have a maximum duration of 6 years (72 months). The Commissioner is seeking feedback through this market engagement exercise to shape the requirements of this service and to inform the market of any future procurement exercise. The Commissioner values open and detailed feedback in these areas. Please note that while draft specifications and a timetable have been provided, these documents are still in the drafting phase and are liable to change before the full ITT is uploaded.
