Concession Contract for Port Operation Services at the Port of Ramsgate

This prior information notice is being published to indicate Thanet District Council’s intention to commence market engagement with organisations within the ports and harbours market. The Council is intending to undertake a procurement process to attract and secure a port operator for two primary roll on/roll off (ro-ro) berths at the Port of Ramsgate and associated port side land by way of a services concession. The Council is seeking to engage with the market to help inform its procurement exercise. A prospectus providing details of the opportunity has been published on the Kent Business Portal which can be accessed at https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk/. Interested parties are invited to review the prospectus and to complete and submit responses to a market questionnaire by 7 July 2023.
