South West Wales Regional Civil Engineering Contractors Framework

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE and NOT AN INVITATION TO TENDER. Carmarthenshire County Council in association with Ceredigion County Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and Swansea Council (‘the Councils’) wish to appoint suitably qualified Contractors for the delivery of civil engineering related construction projects across the region. The Framework will include value-banded and geographical/regional lots for Civil Engineering Works (e.g. Very Small, Small, Medium and Large Civils Work) as well as lots for Specialist Civils Work (e.g. Demolition, Public Lighting, Lining & Road Marking, Surfacing, Ground Investigations, Marine Works, Traffic Management). However, at this stage, the arrangement and lotting structure are still under development and may be subject to change. Final details will be published in the tender documentation, together with details of Community Benefits, measures for the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act and Decarbonisation policy agenda.
