Provision of Electronic Auction Services for the sale of Health-Related Stock

We wish to understand market capabilities and commercial realities (e.g. anticipated profile of sales across segments and over time) as they pertain to the provision of e-auctions and connected/related services (e.g. post-auction direct sales) for the sales, management and redistribution of excess (surplus/unused) stock. In considering any prospective procurement, this will help the Department to assess the delivery model and the various operational, commercial and policy levers available through the market for sales of excess (surplus) stock.

We anticipate the value being between £3 million and £10 million.
