NHS Hampshire, Southampton and the Isle of Wight CCG, Isle of Wight Locality only is holding a Market Engagement Event for the re-procurement of Provision of Adults Community Mental Health and Wellbeing and Peer Support Worker Services The event will be a virtual event held on the afternoon of Tuesday 28th September 2021. In order to access the Memorandum of Information (MOI) that provides detail for the procurement and registration form please register on the In-tend portal project reference number F14756 Provision of Adults Community Mental Health and Wellbeing and Peer Support Worker Services and complete the registration form by 12pm on 27th September 2021, you will then be sent details to join the event. By 1 April 2022, the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), will have re-procured the Isle of Wight Community Mental Health and Wellbeing and the Peer Support Worker in Primary Care services. The Community Mental Health and Wellbeing service is for the cohort of the adult population resident on the Isle of Wight that are stepping down from NHS secondary tier mental health services and may be at risk from having to re-attend NHS Community Mental Health Teams or Secondary tier mental health provision or who are at risk of developing poor mental health, who require additional support to prevent deterioration. The Peer Support Workers in Primary Care service is for the cohort of the adult population resident on the Isle of Wight and will support individuals who may be at risk of developing poor mental health or those who have a diagnosis of a mild to moderate mental health condition in the community through the delivery of effective and innovative models of peer and community support. The Provider will work in partnership with service users, carers and other local (mental health specific and mainstream primary care and community) organisations to expand opportunities for individuals with mental health needs to obtain support within their local community.
