Water System Risk Assessments and Water Hygiene Monitoring

NPS maintain schools for Norfolk County Council and also for Academies and Diocese schools. Some non-school properties are also within the portfolio such as Highways Depots. NPS has a requirement for Legionella & Water Hygiene management in these premises.The contractor shall provide services to achieve and maintain compliance with ACOP L8 & HSG 274. This specifically includes; Bi-annual Legionella Risk Assessments & Log Books, Annual & Six Monthly Inspections and Remedial Works as per the schedule of works.
