Swindon Borough Council Whole House Retrofit - Main Contract Appointment

Further to the earlier market engagement carried out in February 2023 via Prior Information Notice 003476-2023 (link https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/003476-2023) Swindon Borough Council (SBC/ the Council) has continued to develop this requirement and is now in a position to provide an update to the market, and invite further market engagement/ feedback regarding the procurement of the Main Contractor. This is intended to be the final stage of market engagement prior to tenders being issued (target publication date 1st November 2023). The Council is also pleased to confirm it was successful in its funding application to SHDF, with project scope being 114 Unity type properties.
