This framework is anticipated to provide councils and other participating bodies with a mechanism to procure a wide range of Light and Heavy Plant. Final lotting structure has still to be determined, although it is anticipated that the requirements will cover, but not be limited to, supply and delivery of Excavators, Pedestrian Operated Plant, Ride On Rollers, Towed Equipment, Static Plant, Forklifts/telehandlers, Trailers, Loaders, Dumpers, Dozers, Pavers, Planers, Mechanical chip spreaders, Bond coat sprayers, Mobile pot hole fillers and Pressure washers.
