MARKET ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY – HS2 Parliamentary Agents Phase One and Phase 2a

The Department for Transport (DfT) is considering combining the provisions of legal services from Roll A Parliamentary Agents in relation to the High-Speed Rail Phase One and Phase 2a schemes. The DfT is looking to engage with Roll A Parliamentary Agent suppliers to understand market interest in delivering the contract of combined legal services for-Phase One and Phase 2a of High Speed Rail. The DfT will be looking to meet virtually with interested suppliers on Wednesday 10th November and Thursday 11th November 2021 to outline the requirements for the new contract.
This notice is not a call for competition and responses to this pre-market engagement will be used to inform the DfT's decisions on market capability to deliver legal services for the High Speed Rail Phase One and Phase 2a schemes.
