Following this event the commissioners have made a number of changes to the service specification and now wish to test the revised specification with the market prior to offering it to tender. They also wish to consult the market on certain aspects of their proposed financial model. Providers are asked to provide responses to the market engagement survey based on the provided draft service specification and KPIs via EU Supply.
