YPO is a Local Authority owned national public buying organisation operating since 1974 from our Wakefield Headquarters. YPO operates a market leading education supplies business with turnover circa £115 Million on average each year, plus a Framework Services business offering approaching 100 Frameworks including ICT, Energy, HR, Fleet and FM Solutions with consolidated spend upwards of £1 Billion. YPO have conducted a series of engagement activities with potential users from public sector organisations across the UK. The Research highlighted some keys findings that YPO wishes to explore further. The next stage of the project is to engage with suppliers by issuing this PIN. YPO are looking for suppliers who would be interested participating in market research and/or having a conversation with us, please register your interest by contacting us at fleet@ypo.co.uk This is to ensure that there are no gaps in the potential service scope and that our intended model is deliverable, sustainable and future proofed. YPO have had a Framework Agreement in place since 2018 for the provision of a procurement portal with an overarching YPO landing page that can facilitate the following elements: vehicle hire, lease and purchase options for cars, LCV’s and specialist vehicles with the ability to select which procurement route is required in addition to which micro-sites providing associated and additional services may be accessed, for the day-to-day operation of local authority fleets i.e. Accident Management & Fleet Management. The current framework is due to expire February 2022, meaning we are now conducting a series of engagement activities with potential users from public sector organisations across the UK.
