Supporting Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan’s Statutory Responsibility for the Production of the Market Stability Report (MSR) 2022

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is for the Cardiff Council, on behalf for the Regional Partnership Board for Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, to engage with the market to ascertain organisations who may be interested in providing qualitative research and the delivery of a Market Stability Report. The Market Stability Report (MSR) will assess the sufficiency of the care and support provided across the region to meet the needs and demand established via a Population Needs Assessment.
