Provision of Older People's Residential and/or Nursing Care Services within the Borough of Calderdale (including spot purchase of Non-Guaranteed Transitional Support Services)

The provision of care home services within the Borough of Calderdale for Older People. There are two types of care home - residential and residential with nursing. The aim of the services is to provide high quality, safe and personalised care home services that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users. The service must provide good quality care and support services which are efficient and provide value to service users. Placements will be made depending on service user choice on where they want to live, as specified in the Care Act 2014.
