BHCC - RS - Housing Ventilation Installation and Maintenance

Brighton and Hove City Council are looking to run a limited tender activity to appoint a ventilation contractor to support improvements and maintenance to the councils Housing Stock. We are using this notice to request expressions of interest. The Majority of Brightons current stock is using Nuaire (https://www.nuaire.co.uk/) ventilation systems and therefore the provider must be a Nuaire approved installer / maintenance contractor. Interested contractors should respond to this notice directly to robert.sullivan@brighton-hove.gov.uk; your expression of interest should contain as a minimum:

• Confirmation of Nuaire approved status
