Description

The objective of UKRI IAM Project is to deliver the strategic Identity Access Management (IAM) capabilities. To avoid ambiguity, the industry standard terminology is used to describe Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) capabilities. The low-level requirements can be found in the "IAM Technical Compliance Requirements". This document will be provided to the supplier upon registration of interest. PLEASE NOTE - the UKRI Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project - Summary of the Requirement can be found in Contracts Finder, please use this link to access the documents https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/bb4f353c-3ed8-4a67-95f1-0734df9fdc15 This Prior Information Notice is being issued in order to undertake a market consultation exercise with regards to the requirements detailed above. The Contracting Authority -UKRI will be holding a 1-2-1 sessions with the suppliers in order to assess the market's appetite, concerns and views on formulation of requirements. The 1-2-1 sessions will take place via Zoom. Feedback gathered from the suppliers through this market engagement will be used to finalise the Contracting Authorities statement of requirements before the tender can be launched. If you believe this is of interest to you and your organisation, please register an expression of interest to attend by sending an email to the following email address: DDaTProcurement@uksbs.co.uk by no later than Monday, 6th December 2021 detailing your organisation name and representatives of who will be attending the day. When emailing please reference in the subject " DDaT21551 IAM Project Supplier 1-2-1's" upon registration you will be send through a zoom code for attending the day and the finalised agenda. The 1-2-1 session will take place during November and December 2021 and will assist in the development of our understanding of both the applications on the market and any new capabilities that may be on the horizon. Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you to agree the day and time of the session. We will also provide you with the most up to date version of our Statement of Requirements for your review prior to the session. Please note that this is not an opportunity to provide a proposal or quotation to the Contracting Authority, or to try and sell your product. The purpose of this exercise is purely to test the market, gain feedback and input into our final service definitions and tender documentation. UKRI will consider information and responses received as part of the market consultation to help inform UKRI specification and further decision making in relation to the planning and conduct of the proposed procurement. Outputs from the meetings will be shared with other potential suppliers that registered their interest and will form part of the final tender documentation.
The proposed funding range (to cover professional services days and licensing for the term of the contract for both the IGA and AM SAAS solutions) is between £1.2m and £1.8m (inclusive of VAT). Suppliers feedback on the estimated budget would also be welcomed. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not a Call for Competition; a Contract Notice will be issued as a call for competition. Not registering an interest shall not prevent any supplier participating in a future procurement,
