Building Maintenance and Repairs

NWUPC is looking to create a new Framework Agreement for Building Maintenance and Repairs. NWUPC has published this PIN to engage with the market. It is aimed that this project will be regionally lotted across the North West of England, Midlands, North Wales and Northern Ireland for a range of services within the Building Maintenance and Repairs area. These may include Air Filters Fit and Maintenance, Asbestos Removal and Consultancy, Civil Engineering, Electrical Contractors, General Building Maintenance, Joinery, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing and Heating, Windows and Glass. Please note it is planned that these lots are to be separate, therefore Suppliers do not need to be able to cover every service or regional location.
