1.3.3 Ealing has initially grouped activity into the following categories. Being considered is how best to resource each category, and whether this should be with a single contractor or a group of contractors:
a) Reactive repairs and voids
b) Planned and cyclical maintenance
c) Gas safety – Servicing, repairs, and boiler installations
d) Electrical safety – Servicing, repairs, and installations
e) Lifts – Servicing, repairs, and installations (this could include lifts operating within the Ealing corporate property asset portfolio)
f) Asbestos – removal
g) Water Hygiene – Servicing, repairs and installations
h) Fire safety – including fire risk assessment responsive works
i) Decarbonisation and retrofit.
