Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council requires a Contractor for the construction of 76 residential flats over four separate buildings, creation of a new park, bike stores, refuse bin stores, associated parking, any highway works required and all associated hard and soft landscaping at the main Hawkwood Road car park, Boscombe.
