The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market that it is the intention of Leicestershire County Council to issue a tender for the Machine Lay Carriageway Patching Contract_2023. This is to replace Patching Contract 2019 (currently in place) and preparatory work for the re-procurement is currently underway.
