Estate Services Market Engagement

Moat currently uses a variety of methods for the delivery of a range of services delivered in and around customer homes relating to Grounds Maintenance, Gardening, Communal Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Arboriculture and Pest Control. The total spent on these services in 2021/22 was in excess of £2.5m. These services are collectively referred to as ‘Estate Services’. Current arrangements for the delivery of these services expire during 2023 and Moat is undertaking an options appraisal to develop the procurement approach to be used for their recommissioning. This PIN is issued to invite feedback from potential suppliers, which will be used to inform decisions.
