Legal Framework

Home Group continues to expand through a programme of developing new build housing across the country, to be offered for private sale, shared ownership or other such schemes or to be retained by Home Group for social rent. We will also need external legal support in the continuing management of our existing stock and customers. Home Group seeks to appoint a panel of legal advisors to assist in our development programme and to support the in-house legal department across various areas further information can be found on the specification in the tender pack.
