PAN3230 - Stocking Farm Housing Scheme
Description

Leicester City Council seeks to appoint a contractor via a design and build contract to undertake demolition of existing buildings (including retail units, ancillary buildings, outdoor leisure facilities and boundary treatments), and construct 50 exemplar residential dwellings (20x houses, 24x flats); convert a locally listed building to 6 supported living flats (Class C3); and create a public open space. Carry out extension and external alterations to existing of shops and flats; create new access road and associated highways infrastructure, parking, landscaping, drainage, boundary treatments and external lighting. The project is part-funded by the government’s One Public Estate Brownfield Land Release fund. Please note this is not a call for competition. An PQQ/ ITT is being prepared and will be available w/c 6 January 2025. We are intending to run a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with Regulation 28 the ‘Restricted Procedure’ under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. PQQ relates to the first stage. Minimum five suppliers will be shortlisted following the process and only shortlisted Suppliers, will be invited to submit their response to the ITT.
